SERVICES
Start with the
part that fails.
You bring one process or technical problem. We diagnose it, prove the uncertain part and build the smallest system that solves it. You can stop after any useful stage.
VENTA / WINCHESTERDIAGNOSIS / PROTOTYPE / PRODUCTION / HANDOVER
01Discovery + diagnosis
Decide what to build
You show us one process as it works now. We trace each hand-off, the point where the decision stalls and the rules that cannot change. You receive a process map, clear requirements and a build decision. If software is not the right answer, we say so.
02Working prototype
Prove the difficult part
We build the smallest real version around the uncertain workflow, data or hardware connection. Your team uses it early. The trial tells you what to change before you commit to production.
03Build + handover
Put the system into use
We build the production application and test the critical workflow. You receive the source, tests, operating notes and technical decisions so your team can own the system after handover.
A USEFUL START
Show us what holds the work together now.
Bring the spreadsheet, screenshots, data source, equipment, old application or message chain your team uses today. Include the person who owns the next decision. That is enough to begin.
See CORTEX and MuseScope for a technical example, or read how VENTA works with government and defence programmes.
01When should you build bespoke software?
Build bespoke software when a workflow matters to your operation and ready-made products force costly workarounds, duplicate data or repeated manual hand-offs. If an existing product fits, use it.
02What does the discovery stage include?
We trace the current workflow with its owner, inspect the tools and data involved, record the constraints and define the smallest useful change. You receive a process map, requirements and a clear build decision.
03How much does a bespoke software project cost?
Cost depends on scope, integrations, data, security, hardware and testing. VENTA prices the defined stage after diagnosis, so you can approve a written scope and cost before the build starts.
04How long does bespoke software take to build?
The schedule follows the evidence. VENTA sets milestones after discovery, tests the uncertain part in a prototype and commits to a production schedule once the scope is clear.
05Will you own the source code and documentation?
The build and handover route is designed for you to own the system. The written agreement records intellectual property, licences, access and support before work starts. Handover includes source, tests and operating notes.
06Can VENTA work with your existing systems or hardware?
Yes, when the existing interface is safe and documented enough to use. VENTA inspects the API, data, device or legacy system first, then defines the integration and its limits in writing.
